I´d like to send money to relatives in Poland on a monthly basis. Is there a way to set it up with a U.S. bank to simply transfer money to a Polish bank every month? Does anyone have information about this, or other suggestions? Thanks.

Why not try it simply with a bank - there are many American banks operating here i.e. the City Bank, which is the largest American bank in Poland.

..or you can simply try it wit Western Union..

you need to know the IBAN number and the SWIFT number in order to do the transfer at any bank.
