I have been to Warsaw a few times on business and its not a tourist town. Apart for the OLd City which is lovelly the town is very new consisting of gray high rise building.

In any case if you want to visir the POp's church you need to go to Krakow

Well OK, perhaps some parts of it are indeed gray - but those are only some parts.
How long ago have you been there ?

Though Kraków is a lot more historic:

The Pope had served masses in many churches thruopt the country - though the first church in wchich he served when he became priest was this one in Wadowice near Kraków:

Hi.
If you want to buy a pottery, there's a good store in Cracow, Grodzka Street, but I,m pretty sure that there is much more stores like that one. I'm recommending to stay longer in Cracow. Warsaw is a beatiful city, especially Old Town but not so beatiful as Cracow. Many places to visit like Churches, Sanctuaries, Museums and many many more.
