What’s the role if Ukraine for the rest of Europe? With power enforcing structures it’s reputed to be the breeding-ground of so called ethnical criminal activities.
These are Tatars’ and Gypsies’ and Chechens’ criminal communities. They say president Yuschenko in his drive to seize power put a stake on ethnical communities, on their nationalistic and criminal strongmen. Now they want ‘freedom of action’ as form of compensation. So Ukrainian police is somewhat reluctant to sort it out with them.
Most alarming fact is that Ukraine is a huge transit country for Chechen criminals and terrorists penetrating into Europe under the guise of ‘refugees’. And even in refugee special camps they are doing some murky business (trade in heavy drugs and things of the sort)! Transcarphatian region of the Ukraine is a major settling for them. From here Chechens can easily enter Hungary for instance and then farther to European lands.
Fighting Chechen criminal cells of clan character is quite a challenge for to plant moles there you should know well their ways and habits. You just can’t be an alien to manage it.
Now I think we should start exploring Chechen theme, study their language and lifestyle ‘cause their number in Europe is rising with Ukraine making European borders just porous for their penetration.
And EU structures must do smth with Ukraine imo!
I know there are refugee camps in Poland. How does it feel to live side by side with them I wonder?

Well, so far, and I`m living here almost 24 years, I haven`t seen a Chechen here with my own eyes. I`ve seen them only on Tv ..and that was in perhaps 2 or 3 years ago ..in a reportage about a refugee detention center. Those centers as well as the centers are somewhere near our eastern border ..what else do I have to add.. it`s possible that those Chechens who managa to get in here somewhere do caouse some criminal problems around the area of Białystok ..but to be honest I havent heard much about it ..and to my knowlgage the problem you`re describing is extreamly marginal.

Ukrainian has developed into an autonomous culture. First Russian, than 'Little Russian', they are now Ukrainian, with their own currency, laws and alphabet! I heard one speak of "independence"! Go get him, it's as dirty a day as the Hansiatic flag removed over Danzig!
